ShippingHow much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
ShippingWhen will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. U.S. delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after that.
ShippingDo you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout based on where the order is going. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ShippingHow do I track my order?
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. You can also see it in your account under Orders.
ReturnsCan I return a watch?
Unused and unworn watches can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with all tags, packaging and accessories included. Full details are in our refund policy.
ReturnsDo you pay for return shipping?
Prepaid return labels are provided free of charge on U.S. orders, on request. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
ReturnsHow do I start a return?
Email info@saatchiwatch.com with your order number and which watch you are returning, and we will send instructions.
OrdersIs checkout secure?
Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify. Your card details are never stored on or seen by us.
OrdersCan I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as quickly as you can with your order number. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so we can usually help if the parcel has not shipped.

WatchesAre the specifications on the product pages accurate?
Every specification shown on a product page — case size, weight, water resistance, power supply, features — is taken directly from that watch's own data. We do not write our own claims about what a watch can do.
WatchesWhat does water resistance actually mean?
The rating shown on each product page is the manufacturer's figure for that model. Higher ratings allow more contact with water, but ratings are measured in static laboratory conditions rather than while swimming or diving. Check the individual watch's page for its own rating.
WatchesWhat is Tough Solar?
It means the watch charges from light rather than needing a battery change. Product pages list the power supply for each model, so you can see which ones have it.
WatchesWhich watches connect to a phone?
The models that support it list a Smartphone Link feature in their specifications. Look for Bluetooth under the connectivity section on the product page.
